With private yoga, the attention is on YOUR needs and designed around how YOU (and your group) want to feel.

I'm committed to making yoga and its practices more accessible to those inspired to move and start a regular practice. The body needs mobility to feel good and, the moment it starts to notice that shift, you start to gain more vitality - no matter how vibrant you naturally are.

Using the tools of Hatha Yoga, I design a program that's unique to you and your needs. Through repetition and consistency, we work together for a minimum of 6 sessions - we then reevaluate the timeframe.

Private Yoga Options

In-Person Local area (White Rock/South Surrey/Cloverdale/Coquitlam)Outside of local area there will be an additional cost for travel.

• Private: this session is held with a one-on-one focus. You and I determine what you're most interested in working on and we prepare an action plan.

• Private Group or Corporate (3-20): a group setting is a great way to work on a shared focus or range of motion. Whether you coach a sports team or are wanting to bring in some yoga during the lunch hour at the office, I'd be happy to work with you!
